We specialize in living plants, decorative pots, and gardening essentials. Please note:

• Living Plants (e.g., Adeniums, Bonsai, Ferns, Air Plants) are unique living organisms. Slight variations in size, shape, and appearance are natural and not considered defects.
• Seasonal Availability: Some plants, bulbs, and seeds are seasonal. We update our inventory accordingly.
• Product Images: We strive for accurate representation, but colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and natural variation in plants.

3.2 Geographic Availability

We ship globally but cannot deliver to certain remote areas and parts of Asia due to logistical and phytosanitary restrictions. At checkout, you can verify if we deliver to your location.

4. Ordering and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4.3 Payment Methods

• Processing Time: 1-2 business days for careful packing at our nursery.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Tracking: A tracking notification will be sent once your order is dispatched.
• Delivery Estimates: Are estimates only and may vary due to location, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Import Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

6.1 Eligibility

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt for most non-living items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For the health of our plants and community, we cannot accept returns for:

• All Living Plants, Bulbs & Seeds
• Custom or Final Sale items
• Opened or used products (e.g., Fertilizers, Flower Seeds)

6.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a prepaid return and replacement/refund.

6.4 Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return, plus additional bank processing time (5-10 business days). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Londonderry.
