We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please see below for our shipping methods and timelines.
Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed at our nursery hub. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item is dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat fee of £12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs procedures.
Our Returns & Exchange Promise
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
Step-by-Step Return Process: A Gentle Guide
- Initiate Your Request: Contact our dedicated care team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and product details.
- Receive Instructions & Authorisation: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please do not send anything without this authorisation.
- Package & Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside. Ship to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Our Inspection & Your Resolution: Upon receipt, our team will gently inspect the returned item. Once approved, we will promptly notify you and proceed with your chosen resolution:
- Exchange: We will ship the replacement item. Standard or free shipping will apply based on the new order value.
- Refund: We will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds: Timing & Method
Your financial peace of mind is important to us. Refunds are processed using the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
- Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for our team to process the return after we receive it. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost of the replacement item.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
Inspired by the delicate and living nature of our products, and to ensure the health and safety of our global community, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Living Plants & Bulbs: All Living Plants (e.g., Adeniums, Ferns, Bromeliads, Foliage, Fruit Plants, Bonsai, Air Plants), Flowering Bulbs, and Bulbs & Seeds. Due to their perishable nature and specific care requirements, their condition is highly variable after leaving our nursery.
- Custom or Final Sale Items: Any item marked as final sale or custom-made (e.g., specific Decor Combo Packs).
- Opened or Used Products: Fertilizers, Flower Seeds, or any product where the seal is broken or packaging is not intact.
Please note: If a living plant arrives damaged or deceased, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will review each case with compassion and work towards a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
