Are the plants suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our range includes low-maintenance varieties like Foliage plants and Air Plants, perfect for those starting their green journey. Many items come with tailored care notes to help your new plant thrive.
Do you offer gift-ready or styled packages?
Yes! Our Decor Combo Packs and terrarium kits are designed as complete, living art pieces—ideal for gifting or creating an instant green sanctuary. Each is packed with our holistic styling approach in mind.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from our nursery at 64 Orchard Street, Londonderry. Currently, we are unable to deliver to certain remote locations and parts of Asia due to logistical constraints.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two reliable methods:

1. Standard Tracked Shipping
Carrier: DHL or FedEx
Cost: £12.95 (applied to all orders)
Timeline: 10–15 days after dispatch.

2. Free Global Shipping
Carrier: EMS
Cost: Completely free on all orders over £50.
Timeline: 15–25 days after dispatch.
How are orders packed and handled?
Every shipment is treated like a gift to a friend. We use eco-conscious, protective packaging to minimise movement and stress. Plants are secured, bulbs are carefully labelled, and ceramics are cushioned to ensure they arrive ready to inspire.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are lovingly prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your final destination.

What is your return policy?
If anything arrives not as expected, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return. We’ll guide you through a simple process to ensure your satisfaction.
Can I return live plants?
Due to their living nature, plants are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or not as described. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
